It had been 2 weeks since my last crossfit workout due to my wilderness first aid course. I was definitely missing it. Yesterday was my first workout back and this morning I once again could feel the ramifications from the workout... I suppose though if anyone were to do 100 pullups, pushups, situps and squats would feel it the following day. I love it though (odd as that is). Todays workout was just as tough and even more so doing it while sore. I look forward to more workouts-pumped about it all.
