Canadian Surfing Association SurfCanada National Championships in Sidney BC:
was a great success. I once again travelled with Aiste and once again had some amazing help from this amazing community.
Happy to come away with a clean sweep of wins. So great to see some of my old friends from the SUP community and meet some new ones. Congrats to all who participated and came to cheer us on:) could not have done it without @southislandsup and @successfromwithincoaching who hosted Aiste and I. My many babysitters @quickwatercanada @gennaflinkhammer mom @leakyboat69 @karlyscox and all the others..thank you thank you thank you. Aiste loved hanging with you and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. The people who help me be fast: @sunovacanada who made sure I had the best boards under my feet @sunova_surfboards. @nikkirekmansales and @wernerpaddles for providing my propulsion (paddles) and @larrycaincanoe for helping me get fit and strong again. @vaikobi @kavu @onitpro @blackprojectsup for being part of my team:) I am using @hammercanada to fuel me as well as @firstendurance and @clifbar. Very excited to represent @vernontourism and @kalavida_surf on the national and international scene:) thanks yo my hubby for all he does @dye_andrew it takes a community for sure and we have a great one:) Brian Gina Dom and @dantarnow thank you for making it happen:)

Things just got a little more complicated now: Aiste is a master crawler and doesn't seem to like to sit still.. travelling just got harder.
Due to family commitments and travel costs I am no longer going to make it to Europe:( I am disappointed but this is how it goes when you have a family... it is no longer just about me... I gotta share my needs...it's okay I still have lots of fun racing planned and even some adventures:)
live, love, laugh,..DREAM!
